01How do I get the best rate?
Book on this page. Rates here are the lowest we offer — there is no platform commission to pay, so we pass it straight to you rather than to a booking site.
02Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights minimum through most of the year. Stays of 28 nights or more move onto long-stay rates, which include bills and weekly housekeeping.
03Can I check in early or leave my bags after check-out?
Yes. The concierge room holds luggage before check-in and after check-out at no charge, so an early flight in or a late one out doesn't cost you the day.
04Who can use the rooftop wellness club?
Residents and their guests, and no one else. There are no day passes and no outside bookings — that is the whole point of it.
05Where do I put my surfboard?
Every residence comes with its own lockable storage room downstairs, sized for boards, bikes, wetsuits and the rest of the gear.
06Is there parking?
Underground parking for cars and scooters, secure and out of the sun.
07How far is the beach?
Bingin Beach is a few minutes away on foot down the cliff path. Dreamland and Padang Padang are a short drive, and Uluwatu is about fifteen minutes.
